Requesting Support
When requesting Support, it is strongly advised for the following information be collected and provided in advance, and submitted with the request
- An Issue Description and details of Error messages
- Screenshots
- Impact, Severity and Priority of the support ticket
- The affected Server(s) / System(s) / Applications(S)
Requests can be submitted at any time to the CDDH Support Portal via

- Or via the Support Portal – http://support.cd-datahouse.co.uk (request link in top right)
